Is my transaction secure? 

All transactions are encrypted and use Verisign's PayPal technology to protect your transactions. Furthermore, all information collected is confidential and adheres to our strict privacy policy.

How do I know if my order went through? 

At the end of each order PayPal creates a receipt for you. We suggest you print it out and keep it with your important papers.

Can you do SAME DAY ORDERS? 

If you order a "Gift-Print" send as a PDF e-mail attachment we almost always get it to you on the same day you order. If you order it sent by first-class or priority mail, it goes out on the same day you order.  However, the mail usually takes several days to arrive.

Do I have to send the "Gift-Print" to the recipient? 

Many purchasers choose to send the "Gift-Print" to themselves, print it out and hand deliver it. The majority have us send it directly to the recipients e-mail address or home address. The choice is always yours!

Can I change my order once it has been placed? 

If it difficult to change an order once it has been placed. If you just need delivery to another e-mail address, wait until you receive our notice saying that it was sent, and send us the new e-mail address at that time. 

Do I have to send the "Gift-Print" on the day of the occasion? 

Absolutely not! You can send a "Gift-Print" any time you wish to any address you wish!

How do I know if they received their "Gift-Print"? 

You will always receive an e-mail when their "Gift-Print" is sent. If you do not receive one, check your order form and make sure you entered the proper delivery date and e-mail address for both you and the recipient.

What if I have problems opening or printing out a "Gift-Print"? 

Thousands of "Gift-Prints" have been opened and printed. Every so often a glitch can occur. Nearly every time it is caused by not following our simple instructions. If you are having complications, please contact us by e-mail. 

Tip: The better the quality of paper you use, the higher the quality of your print. Remember, if you received your e-mail notice that we sent your "Gift-Print" by e-mail, you definitely have it in your computer. Please follow our instructions for opening and printing it at www.namesandpoems.com/pdfattachments.htm. If you do, you'll have no problem opening and printing it..
