WHAT IF I AM IN A HURRY AND WANT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE FASTER?
The fastest way to ordr is to have it sent by e-mail for you to print yourself. (You will almost always receive it on the same day you order.) If you want an item printed or laminated, send us an e-mail after ordering and request 2-3 day priority mail. We will send you an online bill for the amount, usually 4.95.
(Express overnight mail is much more ($15 to $20) and is not always guaranteed to reach all zip codes overnight.
WHEN I REVIEW MY ORDER BEFORE SENDING IT IN IT LOOKS AS THOUGH SOME OF MY INFORMATION IS MISSING. SHOULD I STILL SEND IT?
Yes, you won't see all the info you're sending us but we still receive it. And usually, when you attempt to review and change anything, your order gets blocked and we never receive it. If anything is missing, we will e-mail or call you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SEE AN ERROR ON THE PROOF YOU SEND ME OR I REALIZE THAT I WANT TO CHANGE OR ADD SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?
Because all of our Gift-Prints require the time-consuming job of combining several types of documents, we have to charge you for any changes you want to make. Naturally, if the mistake was our fault, there is no charge and we will replace it (if we already sent it out) or correct it free if we didn't.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you're ordering something to be sent to you by e-mail, we almost always send it to you on the same day we receive your order. On items you want printed or laminated, we send them out within 24 hours of receipt of your order. (For magazine covers, we will e-mail you a proof within 24 hours and ship it as soon as we receive your approval.
IF I AM ORDERING A GIFT-PRINT TO BE SENT TO ME BY E-MAIL CAN I PRINT MORE THAN ONE COPY?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of copies you can print. (unless you run out of paper or ink!) You can also save the original in case you ever want to print more
IS MY TRANSACTION AND CREDIT-CARD SECURE?
HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
After you complete an order and send your payment, you'll see the words "we have received your order, thank you" at the bottom of the final page. After we complete your order, we send you an e-mail telling you exactly when it will be sent out.
CAN YOU DO SAME DAY ORDERS?
If you order a "Gift-Print" sent by e-mail, we almost always get it to you on the same day you order. If you order a printed or laminated "Gift-Print" we send it by first-class mail and it goes out on the day you order or one day later. We mail it from our local post-office in Florida, and depending on where you live, it might take several days to arrive. If you want it sent by priority or express mail, we can do that too. CAN I ORDER MY "GIFT-PRINT" SENT TO ME AND TO THE PERSON I WANT TO GIVE IT TO?
On many items if you order the e-mailed version, the order form provides a space for you to enter a second e-mail address for us to send it to. Naturally, we can't do that with printed or laminated items.
CAN I CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
It depends on the item you ordered. Because most of our items contain large amounts of text created by our special software, it takes a lot of time to make changes. If you give us the wrong date for a newspaper gift, it might seem like a small job to change it, but it is not. You simply have to order it again. On a magazine cover order, after you see the online proof that we send, we will charge a nominal fee if you want changes to the original text that you ordered.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will always receive an e-mail from us after we ship your item.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM OPENING OR PRINTING AN ITEM THAT I RECEIVED BY E-MAIL?
We send all of our e-mailed items as PDF attachments with instructions on how to open them. (If you have a problem, you can also give us the e-mail address of a friend with more computer experience when you order and we can send it there.) Also, keep in mind that if you are ordering it sent to a business e-mail address, some business e-mail systems block these attachments. The same is true for AOL users, but they can look in their spam folder or call AOL for help with opening or printing these attachments.
WHAT IS THE BEST PAPER TO PRINT E-MAILED "GIFT-PRINTS" ON?
Most of our items like magazine covers, "Name-Poems" and "Name-in-Lights" prints look best when printed on glossy photo paper. Many office-supply stores sell small packages of this paper (or even a few sheets at a time at their copy center counters) in the most popular 8 1/2" x 11" size. Some of our documents will print with a narrow white margin around the printed area. If you leave this white margin, the document will fit perfectly into any standard document frame. (These frames are used for diplomas and other documents and are the same size as the print. (Dollar-Tree stores and Walmart have many choices in this size.) If you want to use an 8" x 10" frame which is a more common size, simply trim away the white border of your print with a scissor and the printed area that remains will fit into any standard 8" x 10" frame.
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER SHOULD I USE FOR BIRTHDAY OR ANNIVERSARY NEWSPAPERS?
These look great when printed on parchment-like paper. You might be able to purchase this type of paper at the copy counters of stores like Office Depot, Office Max or or Staples. If they make copies on this paper, they will be happy to sell you a few sheets. (Check with them as to whether it can be used with laser or ink-jet printers.)
